The camshaft production at Daimler in Berlin consists of 9 fully automated operating sequences, from turning operations of the raw part to high-pressure cleaning and final measurement. The individual operating sequences are decoupled with box stacking modules in order to produce flexibly.

Automation of eight milling machines, 2 deburring machines, and a measuring machine with cameras for checking the DMC, and for alignment of work pieces
Intermediate cleaning and measuring of work pieces
Automation of 3 laser hardening machines with tempering furnace, decoupling module for temporary storage of empty baskets for the work pieces in the tempering furnace
Automation of 3 grinding machines
Automation of a high-pressure washer for the final cleaning of work pieces
